1. There are however a ton of pools spread throughout the hotel grounds, which looked nice but were a bit too cold in December for our liking - the kids at the hotel seemed to like to pools.

6. The pools (especially the big one) are beautiful, the landscaping is spectacular, the rooms were spotless, cleaning was great, etc. The downside to the resort is that I kept thinking of it as a low-end all-inclusive that doesn't want you to eat a lot of food or drink a lot.
