1. Their final answer to help satisfy us, is we will only charge you one night of Valet parking ($27) We have stayed at nice Hiltons, but never again at this one.

2. The valet parking was classy as was the porter's delivery of all of our equipment and luggage to our room was top notch since we had a lot of luggage and equipment.

At check-in, they failed to mention a very important yet highly inconvenient little problem - non-guests frequently lie about being guests, use the hotel valet parking, fill up the parking completely, which forces actual guests to pay for off-site parking in un-secured areas far away from the hotel.
