1. The spa and especially the gym are among the best we've encountered although they charge $10 a day for use (which actually is a pretty good deal).

8. At check-in, the staff actually tried to convince me that the extra $65 (yes, $65) a night for having my wife stay in the room (even though they originally quoted me the lower and standard rate of $20 a night), was a deal since I was staying at a group rate for a conference.

9. When you walk into the Executive Lounge you are treated like Royalty, when you are walking down the hall you are greeted with a sincere smile, when you deal with anyone in the dining rooms, convention area, front desk or even the coffee shop, the high level of training and care are obvious.
