1. They had a separate section on the 25th floor where you had access to to go and have free breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea and pre dinner nibbles and then later free deserts.

9. Unfortunately, we had to take the car for dinner and when we returned, after 45 minutes of searching, we gave up and went to the valet who told us that even as registered guests we would have to park at the public parking garage in the next block.

10. Our car was broken into at an off-site parking facility that we had to use, because the hotel over-sold parking to non-guests, and when we arrived late to valet after dinner, there was no parking available.
