7. As is the case with Hilton, this is a very well-appointed hotel, with a clean and comfortable room, adequate bathroom, and good facilities (fitness center, rooftop heated pool and hot tub, expansive lobby), but we encountered numerous problems when dealing with the staff.

9. Yes, you will pay extra for most extras (internet access in room, fitness center, parking), but I expect that in a luxury downtown business hotel - that's the norm at these places.

10. Especially when one considers that one has to pay additional for WiFi (that doesn't work in the meeting rooms, one pays even more for that), there is no continental breakfast, and the fitness center is an extra charge.
