1. While I had an issue with the iron spitting out black streaks on my clothing, Room Services had a new iron delivered and took my stained clothing for cleaning and promptly returned them within 1 hour.

6. Have stayed here annually for EMS Conference, a great locaiton, attentive and discrete staff, nice service, good room service, generous room size, flat screen TV appropriate to the room size, good concierge lounge with all amenities.
