1. The condo we stayed at came with beach towels and chairs (and some other fun water things) which was nice because we didn't have to pay to rent chairs or towels.

3. I really didn't mind since the unit came with 4 huge beach towels (bigger than those they give you at the pool) but I did miss being able just to swap them out at the pool anytime I wanted.

I had read other reviews on Tripadvisor and was concerned when recent reviews mentioned that the towels were thin, getting run down, etc. But, we were very happy to note that the management must have read the same reviews and corrected any problems because the property was immaculate (I am really picky about that, too) and the towels were all nice and fluffy and thick, some being brand new still.

5. Also, when booking through the condo owners, you don't get the resort amenities like towels at the pool, maid service, or valet parking.
