1. The only downsides are that the fitness facility is lacking but still adequate, and that they charge you for coffee after you finish their first free bag.

4. It supposedly covers parking, beach towels, etc. In all of my travels these have always been covered in your daily room charge.

7. The only concession they offered was to waive the $25/night resort fee, and in fact they attempted to still charge us the same high rate for our initial reservation until we corrected them.
