1. The only concession they offered was to waive the $25/night resort fee, and in fact they attempted to still charge us the same high rate for our initial reservation until we corrected them.

8. We had a great room rate because we stayed in low season, and there was still some minor construction on the resort (beachside restaurant was being completed).

9. In fact their rates are no different then any other resort, and definitely not as good as a place like Boss Frog's (fabulous establishment btw, go there to rent your snorkel sets and book a helicopter ride with Air Maui!).
