1. I found the service impeccable, from valet service, to entering the lobby, to checking in, to being shown the way to the elevators, to everyone in the restaurant and lounge.

10. There is valet parking or assisted self service at nearly garages, but expect to pay a minimum of $34/night for the latter (and over $50 I think for valet).
