4. Even though you normally have to pay for it (except the conference packages where it's already included), it just doesn't worth any money at all - I would even say that Hyatt has to pay those guests who preferred their Internet as the stress is guaranteed.

8. It's difficult to be objective about a hotel that takes your booking, takes your money and then decides to give your room to someone else because you don't check in until later than they might expect.
