See below:PROS- Superb location at Union Square- Renovated rooms nice quality, modern fitouts- Excellent concierges- Good housekeeping staff- Reasonable prompt responses to service callsCONS- Takes some work to get bell hops to help with bags (they need to staff more for such a busy hotel)- Checkin at front desk had a long wait and was slow (again, they need to staff more)- Breakfast buffet is expensive and is not good value for what you get- Parking is absurdly priced- Internet is an extra $10/day when it should be complimentary- Room service menu is minimalBottom line is that this hotel has great potential given it's superb Union Square location and newly renovated rooms which bring the facility up to what you expect from a flagship Grand Hyatt property in San Fran.
