1. (i booked on expedia for a different property only to cancel for the Hyatt through Hotel Planner only to cancel AGAIN for a better deal direct through the Hyatt website)Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt.

2. When traveling to San Francisco next, I won't be staying at the Grand Hyatt unless there is a really good deal on it.

9. Small issues were that the first night it was windy so the building was creaking - nothing the hotel could do about this and it didn't end up keeping us up like we had feared it would - so not too big of a deal.
