The bellman kindly called the front desk, and the agent had the nerve to tell us that ALL suites were like the one we were in - really?- So the bellman, knowing I was upset, called Chris the manager, who was more than kind and accomodating- We got a regular suite which was nice until we went to take showers in BOTH bathrooms.
