7. Every member of the hotel staff did their part to ensure that my stay was exactly what I needed it to be, from directions to dining and entertainment recommendations to service with valet park, having the car ready for me when I needed it.

9. The only downside is if you have a car whilst you're visiting you have to use the valet parking which was about $35 per night but I compared it with others and it seemed the best deal.

10. I found the reception staff very short and rude and quite un helpful, we said we didnt want the $35 dollar a night valet parking although they tried to charge us for three nights worth on checkout.
