1. Air conditioning with option to have the window open, powerful hair dryer, comfy bed, bath tub with shower, very hot water, multiple sets of towels, (walk in) closet, radio alarm that also doubled as a CD player (I bought a couple of new CDs so very handy) and MP3 player for music on my iPhone, awesome TV with 20 channels and fast wireless internet access, art in my room which just made it more comfortable, sufficient lighting in the room so it was never dark and miserable - everything a girl would need on holiday.

2. small touches made our stay even more enjoyable ( wine hour, umbrellas, coffe, nice bath ammenities room decor,and cleaness) yes rooms are a bit small but for a kingsize bedroom it was plenty for us.

4. In my colleague's room she had a proper 4 piece bath but the bath is in dire need of replacing or at least a recaulking and her bedroom area was a much tighter space than mine.

10. close to the bart(underground) cable car ,sreet car and muni transport system plus within walking distance to all major shops like macys etc.the room we had had a king size bed with well stocked fridge with bath and showe plus tv ,iron and also bath robes.
