1. Also they have a wine hour from about 5.30pm in the lobby - very nice.

The location is perfect as I planned to have some shopping that evening, it is within walking distance from the Bart station and shops including Gap kids, Old Navy and Banana Republic, etc. The hotel made me feel good as I checked in during the happy hour when they got free wine tasting at the lobby area.

3. There was free coffee available in the morning a floor above the lobby near the elevator, it would be great if a few muesli bars or croissants were offered for grab and go travellers like me.

4. A happy hour with free wine for guests held in the lobby each evening was a nice touch as was omplimentary tea/coffee served from 5-9 am.

6. We learned the history of the 3rd floor level terrace and walking track from Rick Evan's excellent architectural tour that meets up in the lobby of the Galleria Park.
