1. The staff was nice but what I expected for the money; on check-out, when I expressed amazement at the charge for the coffee, the desk clerk said it was because it was free in the lobby and she waived it, but still.

2. The location cant be beat and the quality of this Boutique hotel for the rates they charge makes you feel like your robbing them ;) The complimentary architectural walking tour is not to be missed either.

3. There was slight mixup on our reservation so we were bumped up to a King Suite (at no extra charge) which was wonderful for us traveling with a teenage daughter.
