9. Valet handles parking for you, and since we had several bags with us, we took advantage of the bell hops and entered the hotel without struggling with our bags and a huge box of wine (from the parking garage, you have to take an escalator to the second floor reservation desk).

10. Valet could have been a little faster but the hotel was very busy and one can only have so many cars in the car port at a time, so I was not bothered.
