1. The staff were useful and had knowledge of the local area and were able to recommend places of interest and provide general information about restaurants etc.If I were to recommend this hotel it would be on the premise that you request one of the larger rooms, especially if travelling with small children.

3. I highly recommend the BART if your flying into SFO or Oakland because you can pretty much get where ever downtown with public transportation (BART, Trolley or Taxi) after that.
