1. Also upon check in, I was told my room is pretty small, maybe i would like to upgrade for $20++ per day extra, which i took, but again all money even before I check in.

5. We popped for the extra money to be on the Imperial Lounge floor, which included free Internet-connected computers, health club privileges, continental breakfast (lavish, not your Travel Lodge 'Bear Bites'), wine/beer reception each evening with lots of excellent cheeses and crackers.

10. Had booked a comfort room, which includes free internet, fitnessaccess and free breakfast + better rooms with a fantastiv view of the skyline and the bay, which was well worth the extra money.
