5. We heard no noise from the neighbors, though a smidgen of street noise seeps into rooms on the lower floors (you cannot set the fan to blow constantly to mask the street sounds).

8. We tried the imperial level room, that include access to the fitness center and swimming pool which was nice for the boys (11 and 14) after a day of walking in the streets.

This is a very clean Hotel, one block away from Union Square and Cable Car stop in Powell Street, one block also to the huge SFO Shopping Centre, an very good breakfast with high quality food including but not only delicious fresh fruits (what huge & very sweet strawberries, never tasted same in my life, even though we have plenty of them here in Spain.
