3. The staff on the whole are not only un helpfull but quite arrogant and rude, Our oroblems started when we tried to get information on where to park before we checked in, I sent my wife in as i waited in the car as I wasn't sure if it was a tow away zone as the markings weren't really clear.

4. Parking was a couple of streets over for $27 a night very secure as an attendant has to park and retrieve your car so no one has access to them at all.
