1. The reception staff have on the whole been quite un helpfull and my wife was sitting in the loung when the bar maid asked the couple over from her if they would like a drink only to ignore my wife.

3. Even simple tasks, like, "do you have a room available on Wednesday?"Service: Receptionists, doormen, maids and others were very helpful and responded quickly to room requests for more towels, ice, etc. They seems happy to help, rather than curt, and bothered that you asked.
