6. Most distressing was that the heater never turns off (old central heating, apparently) but I survived by opening the windows and using the ceiling fan at night (after hanging a bath towel over the heater box).

8. The bathroom can really only be used by one person at a time due to its size, but at least there is a full bath with a shower fitting (rather than just a shower) and there is enough space for toilettries around the sink.
