1. We stayed for three nights and chose to do this both nights we had the option to do so, and we were able to have a nice relaxing drink each night (with complimentary nibblies) after a tiring day exploring San Francisco.

5. On the plus side, the hotel was clean; the staff were friendly and helpful; the free wi-fi was useful; and the complimentary breakfast wasn't too bad (if a little boring - just the same selection of pastries every day).
