1. Everyone else at the hotel was just as thoughtful and professional going out of their way to accommodate minor requests like extra towels or a blanket, to major inconveniences like helping us track down my missing wallet (left it in a cab).

7. Found it a good base for our stay, room offered all normal hotel things, i.e. tv, iron, hair dryer, fresh towels daily etc + also gave free internet access.

10. They were very helpful regarding sites and places to visit, making sure we had extra towels/pillows, and allowed us to check out late (2pm rather than noon).
