3. the other good thing is the staff - Ryan and Devin on the front desk were just great, always ready for a chat and with advice on where to eat, where to shop etc. So, it served us really well being a family of 4, good value for money and comfortable too.

8. The best part of our stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff - Devin and Tony deserve a special mention for going out of their way during our stay - how refreshing to see such genuine helpfulness in a big city hotel.
