3. What you don't get are restaurants, bellboys, incredible decor etc etc. What you do get is a fantastic location, a great staff (everyone we have ever dealt with here is incredible) and a really fair price for Nob Hill.

5. Our room was perfect for four of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) the kitchen had everything we needed, the decor was pretty but the best part was the view from the balcony, especially at night.

7. There's free wireless and couple of computers in a small room next to reception if you need to print boarding passes etc. The decor is a little tired looking but if you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a central location I would recommend Grosvenor Suites.

9. You could pick on things if you had to where suitcases had bumped and scraped here and there or decor a bit tired but it really isn't worth the effort.

10. The decor is fine; i read reviews were the decor was slammed; it's fine although not a 4/5 star hotel this is a well equiped vacation appartment and very comfortable.
