On our trip to the USA we stayed at the Grosvenor suites hotel in San Francisco for 7 nightsThe staff were great couldnt do enough for you, recomended places to eat,room was cleand every day and if you are like me smoke there is a smoking erea on the ground floor the cable car stop is close to the hotel,if you know what San Francisco is like this is a good thing and the best way to get to the airport from the hotel is to book a airport shuttle at around $12 each ai worth iti would recommend this hotel.

6. The hotel staff were excellent; we arrived and they asked if we needed to park a vehicle while we got settled (used a shuttle) and they also asked if we needed a cot for the todler.

9. cable car line is a block away and is the best way to get up/down the hill after check-in (don't try to take luggage on the cable cars - I used Super Shuttle for airport trips).
