1. The location was good, just off Market street where the main shops are and close to cable car togo up the steep hills.

8. The Mosser is located walking distance (around the corner) from the Muni stops for the streetcars, the BART station, Powell street cable car turnaround, plus all the good window shopping and places to eat on Market St.
