4. I had booked a single room with shared bathroom at a reasonable online rate for san fran but offered an upgrade to a double with en suite for $10 extra.

7. The room was very small, but it was exactly what I expected as I had paid a very reasonable rate per night for a downtown hotel room in one of the most expensive cities in the country.

8. (cant really say from where) but really you book the cheapest rate there is and expect what exactly?once again this is downtown San Francisco if you can afford it do yourself a favor and stay home, or please, please educate your self be aware of where you are going, this is not Kansas.

10. The hotel lived up to the recommendation and we would rate it particularly for its downtown location close to trams and Union Square.
