The good: Price, location, friendly staff, clean (shared) bathroomThe bad: No air conditioner, no desk (budget room), tiny (shared) bathroom - once you're in, a little tricky getting out, complimentary breakfast served in the lobby - 'Excuse me, where do you serve breakfast?', 'It's right there.

The Good- Great location - Lobby has great character- Friendly staff- Comfortable bed- Complimentary continental breakfast (muffins and coffee) and free WiFiThe Not So Good- Our room had such a strong smell of bleach that I started to get a little light-headed a few minutes after we entered and we couldn't open the window to air it out so we asked for another room.

4. There are muffins and coffee for breakfast (complimentary in the lobby) but I would rather spend cash on something more enjoyable (the diner round the corner to the right as you exit the hotel was excellent.

8. The Hotel itself is very neat, the lobby is small but nice, in the morning there's complimentary coffee and muffins (which were very good) and the service was flawless, everything you'd expect from an even mor upscale hotel.

9. The complimentary breakfast (before 10 wkdy / 11 wknd) was a nice bonus and the in and out allowed valet ($34 a day roughly w/ tax after 3pm) came in handy.
