Minuses: sitting chairs not very comfortable, miniscule armoire (no closet), and you could hear every noise (people walking) from the rooms above, the hallway, etc. The maids started cleaning the room next door at 8:00 am (Sunday) and their talking, thumpings, water running, etc. made sleeping-in impossible.
