4. Among the pros I would list the excellent and quiet hilltop location, the politeness of the staff (trumpets and drum rolls here), and the relatively inexpensive cost of parking compared to other hotels in the area.

6. Some neighbors said that it happens all the time there and the Hotel clerk said that it happens frequently IN THEIR PARKING LOT as well (and that costs $16 a day.
