1. Best: convenient access to all that SF has to offer without staying in the center of the tourist districts (union square or wharf) -- add in a continental breakfast and reasonable charge for parking if you need it and the Queen Anne is a winner.

2. We had a late check in but still found adequate parking ($17 charge for parking) The woman that checked us in was very friendly as was the gentleman who took care of our check out the next morning.
