1. The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea and cannoli from 7-10am but you need to get there very early to get the cannoli.

5. The only thing Lacking is a coffe/tea-maker (however might not be normal in a boutiqe hotel) was available early in the morning, complimentary.

6. Of course all guests benefit from a complimentary wine hour in the lobby each afternoon as well as morning coffee/tea in the lobby (so nice not to deal with those dirty coffee makers in most hotel rooms -- although the hotel will bring you one if that is your personal preference).
