We have a little pug that travels with us and it is sometimes hard to find a hotel that either accepts dogs or doesn't

for the Wi-Fi but, if you log-on and join the Kimpton In Touch program, which is free, the Wi-Fi is free too.

When I asked for a refund, stating that I only booked the room 2 hours ago, they refused, saying they would still
charge
me over $200, even though their website claims no fees for cancellation.
