1. Staff was extraordinarily friendly, room was gorgeous (felt like the $800/night suite we stayed in at Mark Hopkins), and service was outstanding.

8. Great Location My wife and i stayed in this Hotel for 5 nights in October and i must say this is one of the better hotels ,Location ,Service ,and comfort all you need for a city trip ,would recommend to any traveler.
