1. Oh, no real lobby area if you like to read, drink tea, relax, etc.The room also had a 'sleep CD.

4. If I was in charge, I would have provided free coffee to all the guests in the lobby and maybe opened their Continental Breakfast to everyone in the hotel as a way of showing good faith at minimal cost.

8. They provided information to us, such as the free DVDS available to watch, the free computer and printer in the lobby for use any time, etc etc. We requested a high level room away from the elevators and were given one on the 4th floor, away from elevators.
