1. Our view was great of the Ansoma building a huge Gothic amazing upper scale condo stucture next door, which hosted Continetal Baths years ago in the cellar ) ok the Better Midler/ Barry Mandilow thing sorry.

7. (there was no outside noise, no cars honking, alarms or sirens) Perfect for people who is not going to spend time in their room, there was no view in my room, the 2 windows both faced a wall, and the kitchen window faced other apartments.

8. Don't expect a view as most of the rooms face inward toward other walls of the building and a neighboring church.

9. There was no view -- my windows both looked out on brick walls -- but the location, a half block off Broadway, a half block from a subway stop, and just 4 blocks or so from Central Park, was ideal.
