9. there are no service staff after working time, which means if you have any issue in your room, you will have no assistance!on the 2nd day, when i went back to room tried to have a hot shower, there was no hot water, of course no heater at the same time, and that day NYC had terrible storm.

10. My room would have appreciated a bit more maintenance - the easy chair was broken, one of the stove top burners broke down on my second day, the shower drainage was clogged but fixed same day when I requested.
