1. Nice lobby, as long as it's not filled with Gymboree kids and their nannies.

2. The lobby has a front desk where the employee will assist you with any queries etc. Other than that it's a huge apartment with doors on floors leading to different apartments.

7. The room furniture is worse than a college dorm rooms, the bed sinks in the middle and is very uncomfortable, the bathroom is as large as a hall closet, the lobby is ratty.

10. That said, don't expect good wireless service in your room (most guests used their laptops in the lobby), maid service, thick walls and lots of goodies in your room.
