2. If you are value conscious, reasonably familiar with NYC, and don't need full hotel services, this is a good deal.

4. If you're looking for a bargain in this neighborhood, it's probably the best deal you'll find.

5. The place was not luxurious but for the money I think it is a great deal because:-it is on the Upper West side, away from the tourists, with a nice neighborhood feeling-don't do housekeeping everyday and I felt like this was my own apartment-1/2 block from the subway (or 2 1/2 if you need the orange/blue lines)-2 1/2 blocks from Central Park-1 block from a great supermarket with tons of gourmet stuff (saved money by doing a lot of meals 'at home', made a great Christmas dinner)-very quiet (no sirens, horns)I'd consider this place every time I go down to the city.

7. It does have a very nice location to get around the area, but we would've been happier to spend more $ to get exactly what we wanted and not have had to deal with a dishonest establishment on our vacation.
"AKA "central park apartment" " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/16/2010 Vote
8. The real deal here is that the room cost , which you cant beat that for the location, convenience and flexibility to entertain visitors.

9. The room & bathroom needed some general upkeep/maintenance work, but nothing major that you couldn't deal with.
