1. A good room : this is when you have to start a decent fight with the person in charge and try to give a look at as many units as possible till you won't recognize the unit as shown in the pictures.

2. The service was just as bad, if not worse, they failed to mention a cover charge of 100$ when you check in (claims it will be returned in a few days) and the lady did not keep track of what she was doing, like she failed to give us the key and didn't remember if we signed a reciept.

3. They charge 2.5% on credit cards and demanded cash payment - multiple hundreds of dollars since their credit card machine was 'not working'.

4. No ironing board, no remote for either TV, dim lighting, poor phone sound quality, apathetic staff, extra charge for internet, extra charge for storing luggage - totally not worth the price.

5. The only issue I saw was that they would have charged me to hold my bags, but I ended up just keeping them in my room until after checkout (by the way, I checked out an hour and a half late and they didn't say anything or charge me).

6. the problem is that they wont tell u they are charging you and u couldnt do anything after so be very caution when u go check several time they wont charge u any additional charges.

7. hi all ive been in this hotel for one night and a week after i came to realize they charge me money for using the minibar thing i havent done.

8. This place is a dump, the service is zero, they charge your card without permission, i am still chasing up charges made to my card by them not authorized.
