1. I spent the first night apologetic because my friend had to foot the bill at dinner and the next morning roaming around searching for a Moneygram (to which the front desk help said 'A lot of guests ask about that' when I told him my dilemma).

2. The lobby has a front desk where the employee will assist you with any queries etc. Other than that it's a huge apartment with doors on floors leading to different apartments.

5. I did not appreciate that I had to leave my room key with the front desk for them to fix the bathroom light and toilet (which still ran all night after they came to 'fix').

6. The lady at the hotel's front desk explained it to me this way: Woogo is like Expedia or Travelocity, they are just a booking agency.
