1. Insult to injury - they still charged us the full rate for our 1 nite stay AND are adding an additional cancellation fee equivalent to a 2nd nite stay (over $1200 total!).

2. After all the booking fees, and extra fees (trust me, they will show up when you get there) there are a MILLION better places to stay, even if they are a little more expensive.
