4. Did not have a car , valet was $30 - seems the going rate or parking lot over roadWould give it 3 stars , but given its location and price I paid it gets 4 .

5. When I arrived the valet let me know that he was going to hold on to the car while I checked with the front desk because they were having some problems with the air conditioning.

9. When we complained, the valet employees claimed not to speak English even though I had talked to the same people the day before and had no problem, so I switched to Spanish and was told to go talk to someone else and dismissed.
