1. At the evenings we often took walks down to the through Collins Avenue, Ocean drive or Washington Avenue, and also the Lincoln Road area was full of restaurants and shops, which was nice.

2. The brochures I looked in described it as 'Hip' 'Contemporary' and 'Sophisticated' and I would have to strongly disagree and as for being like a 'luxury ocean liner' this could not be further from the truth.
