1. Great Hotel in the heart of Miami Beach, great location walk distance from everything in the area, room very clean, the Restaurant was very good and the pool area also.

Staff at the reception was nothing short of superb, they really paid very good attention to all guests and all their special needs - taking time to recommending restaurants, tours or just having a nice chat with guests to make them feel comfortable and important, thats what we saw and what we experienced.

5. Also at the door the bellcaptains were very friendly and polite at all times - and I liked the attitude that they were never seemingly crying for tips, they understand the value of good service and after that most commonly people give you something and you dont have to specificly cry for it (just opposite like in some of the restaurants in SoBe the waiters are very attacking in my opinion and try explain 'little bit too much' what the tipping means to them, like we europeans would be so stupid and not understand the importance of it.

7. It is at the top end of South Beach, a taxi ride or a good walk to get to where all the action is, but plenty of shops/restaurants around.
